2. Before driving, it is necessary to check the mixing chamber rotor for any debris, and ensure that the upper and lower top bolts, flap doors, instruments, signal devices, etc. are intact.

3. Before driving, a signal must be sent out, and only after hearing the response and confirming that there is no danger, can the vehicle be driven.

4. Before feeding, the lower top bolt should be closed first, and the film should be put in one by one. It is strictly prohibited to feed at once. The powder should be gently fed and handled, and the carbon black bags should be fed downwards one by one into the air duct.

5. During the operation of the equipment, it is strictly prohibited to look into the mixing chamber with a probe. If it is necessary to look, use a hook to hook the feeding port flap door, lift the top bolt and insert the safety pin before the probe can look.

6. When debris falls into the mixing room or malfunctions are encountered during operation, the machine must be stopped for handling.

7. In case of sudden parking, first lift the upper top bolt and insert the safety pin, open the lower top bolt, cut off the power, and close the water and steam valves. If manually rotating the coupling for discharging, pay attention to mutual coordination and strictly prohibit driving with materials.

8. When the top bolt is squeezed (stuck) by the rubber material, it must be stopped for handling.

9. The rubber material leaked from the top bolt should not be pulled by hand, but should be removed with an iron hook.

10. When operating, stand outside the feeding flap activity area, under the discharge port, and no one is allowed to stand.

11. Be cautious and careful when using material transport vehicles and carts to transport materials. Handle materials with care to prevent injury.

12. Discharge, variety change, parking, etc. should be connected to the next process through signals.

13. After parking, insert the safety pin, close the flap door, lower the upper top bolt, open the lower top bolt, close the air, water, and steam valves, and cut off the power supply.

1. On the conveyor belt, crossing, crawling, lying down, etc. are strictly prohibited to prevent injury.

2. It is necessary to use a conveyor belt for feeding. When the conveyor belt is crushed by the rubber material and stops rotating, it must be stopped for handling. When handling the rubber material, it is necessary to prevent it from falling off and being crushed.

3. When breaking the glue, strict precautions should be taken to prevent the glue from popping out and injuring people. When the roller is not easy to roll the glue, special tools must be used to handle it. It is strictly prohibited to press the glue down with hands.

1. Before operation, carefully check the oil level in the fuel tank, electrical limit switch, transmission device, and hydraulic system to ensure the integrity of the rubber cutting machine. The rubber cutting machine must be equipped with a series double switch device.

2. Hand cart transportation is not allowed to exceed the limit set by our factory.

3. Iron hooks must be used when cutting glue.

4. When cutting glue, the raw glue should be placed properly before starting. After starting, precautions should be taken to prevent the glue block from popping out and injuring people. When cutting glue, no part of the body should cross the cutting line. When the cutting knife descends, do not use hands or feet to push the raw glue.

5. Continuous cutting of glue is prohibited, as well as cutting of cold, hard raw glue and debris.

6. When the equipment is running, it is strictly prohibited to cross, crawl or lie down on the conveyor belt for rest.

7. When padding the blade edge, raise the cutting blade and place a wooden block on it before cutting off the power.

8. When not in use, the cutting blade should be lowered, the power should be cut off, and the area should be tidied up.
