Precautions to be taken when using a laboratory mixer:

1. When using a mixing machine to mix rubber, strict temperature control is necessary. For rubber or silicone with high temperature control requirements, it is recommended to use a mold temperature machine.

2. Machine operators must undergo safety education, technical training, and be familiar with the operating procedures of this equipment before they can take up their posts.

3. Before starting the machine, the operator should wear the prescribed personal protective equipment.

4. Before starting up, it is necessary to check and clean the debris around the machine that hinders the operation of the equipment.

5. Keep the work area around the machine clean and the roads unobstructed, turn on the ventilation equipment (exhaust fan), and maintain good air circulation in the workshop.

6. Open the water supply, gas supply, and oil supply valves, and check whether the water pressure gauge, water vapor gauge, and oil pressure gauge are normal.

7. If any abnormal sound or other malfunction is detected during the start-up test run, the machine should be stopped immediately.

8. Check if the material door, top bolt, and hopper can be opened normally.

9. Whenever the top bolt is raised, the control knob of the top bolt must be turned to the raised position.

During the kneading process, if there is any jamming phenomenon, use a top material rod or other tools to operate, and it is forbidden to directly use hands to scoop out the material.  

11. When flipping and unloading the hopper, pedestrians are prohibited from approaching around the hopper and elevator. Please pay attention.

12. Before shutting down, the top bolt must be raised and the hopper must be flipped back to reset. Close the material door in order to stop the power outage.

13. After the work is completed, turn off all power, water, gas, and oil sources.
