How to solve some common faults in mixing

问题一：Question 1: What should we do when the contact surface between the fixed ring and the moving ring of the internal mixer is uneven and cannot form a sealing oil film?


Solution: Disassemble the fixed ring of the internal mixer for inspection. If the contact surface is not pulled but the contact rate is low, running in treatment is required. The running in time should be 4-8 hours or more, and the contact surface should not break oil during running in.


Question 2: How should we deal with the situation where there are hard particles between the inner and outer rings of the mixer, which strain the contact surface and prevent the formation of a sealing oil film?

Solution: If the moving coil is pulled, it needs to be repaired by grinding with an oilstone using a specialized device. The fixed ring is a two half structure that can be disassembled for grinding. After grinding the flat surfaces of the moving and fixed coils, assemble the fixed coils and grind them at low speed for several hours, using lubricating oil during grinding.



Question 3: Sometimes the alloy in the inner ring of the mixer may accidentally fall off

Solution: Replace the moving coil, then fix it and run it for several hours.
