Safety operating procedures for open mill:

1. Before driving, wear neat clothes, put on a mask, prohibit tying ropes, rubber, etc. around the waist, strictly prohibit wearing clothes on the job, and strictly prohibit wearing shoes on the job;

2. Before driving, check for any debris between the rollers. The emergency brake must be tested for flexibility and reliability during the first drive of each shift. It is strictly prohibited to use the emergency brake to stop the vehicle during normal times

3. After starting up, check if the oil pump is working properly, if the lubricating oil is flowing smoothly, and listen for any abnormal sounds from the operating parts.

4. After starting up, the motor should be reversed before adding materials to prevent stalling and damage to the motor

If two or more people are driving, they must coordinate with each other and confirm that there is no danger before driving.

6. The adjustment of roller spacing should be balanced, and it is strictly prohibited to operate the rollers off center. It should be smooth and gentle, and it is strictly prohibited to operate it like hitting the wheel with your hands to avoid damaging the worm gear.

7. When adding materials, first add the raw rubber to the side of the large gear.

8. When operating, first cut the blade and then hold the adhesive with your hand. Do not forcefully tear or pull the adhesive before cutting it off. It is strictly prohibited to feed the material on the roller with one hand and receive the material under the roller with the other hand.

9. When rolling back the film, the roll distance must be reduced.

10. When pushing the material, you must clench your fist halfway and not exceed the horizontal line at the top of the roller. When measuring the temperature of the roller, the back of your hand must be opposite to the direction of rotation of the roller.

11. The cutting knife must be placed in a safe place, and cutting glue must be carried out in the lower half of the roller. The cutting knife must not face the direction of one's own body.

When making triangular bags or rolls, it is forbidden to operate with a knife in hand.

When debris is found in the rubber material or between the rollers during the rotation of the rollers, and there is adhesive accumulation at the rubber stopper or bearing, the machine must be stopped for processing. It is strictly prohibited to tear or take it by hand during operation;

14. After completing the work, cut off the power, close the water vapor valve, and clean the machine.

15. It is strictly prohibited to press the material by hand when the rubber material bounces and the frame roller or rolling roller is not easy to roll the rubber.

16. It is strictly prohibited to transfer objects above the running roller.

17. It is strictly prohibited to lean on, stand or sit on the operating parts of the equipment and the material tray.

18. In the event of a sudden power outage, the power should be cut off in sequence, the water vapor valve should be closed, and the adhesive material on the machine should be manually unloaded by reversing. It is strictly prohibited to drive under load;

19. It is strictly prohibited to roll the film back in the open mill.

20. When tightening the roller of the open mill, the glue must be cut off, and it is strictly prohibited to tighten the roller with glue
