The open mill is one of the equipment with the highest incidence of work-related accidents during the rubber mixing process. Its working environment is relatively high compared to other mixing equipment, which increases its risk factor. 1、 What should I do if the rubber sticks to the roller of the open mill and cannot come down?

Reason: 1) The temperature of the open mill is too low

(2) Cleaning the open mill was done by wiping the rollers with toluene

(3) The viscosity of the adhesive is too strong

resolvent:

(1) As long as you use high hardness material to refine the roller temperature of the open mill to around 40 degrees Celsius, it can be done

(2) You must first clean the material bit by bit, then clean the roller with white electric oil, and wipe the roller with rust proof oil to clean it thoroughly

2、 High heat and temperature exceeding 100 ℃ at the neck of the roller shaft, fault causes and troubleshooting methods

resolvent:

(1) The working temperature of the roller is too low and the amount of material added is large, which causes the lateral pressure of the roller to overload for a long time, resulting in damage to the lubricating oil film of the bearing liner and poor lubrication of the bearing liner; The amount of raw materials on the roller surface should be reduced, and the temperature of the roller should be appropriately increased.
(2) The supply of lubricating oil to the shaft neck is small or the oil pump delivery pressure is insufficient, which may also be due to blockage of the oil delivery pipe; Parking maintenance of lubricating oil supply system.
(3) The cooling water supply for the bearings is insufficient, and the water flow rate is too low. Clear the cooling water pipeline and increase the supply of cooling water.
(4) The working surface of the bearing liner is severely worn, resulting in rough sliding mating surfaces with the shaft neck; The bearing liner should be repaired and replaced.

3: The rotating working roller of the open mill suddenly stops

resolvent:

(1) The distance between the working faces of the rollers is too small, the rollers are severely overloaded, and the gap between the rollers should be appropriately increased

4: Excessive addition at once

Solution:

(1) The rubber material should be appropriately reduced

5: The distance between the working faces of the roller in the open mill cannot be reduced

Reason: 1. The distance adjusting screw or nut is severely damaged. 2. The safety gasket in the distance adjusting device is severely worn or damaged

resolvent:

(1) 1. Repair and replace severely worn parts

(2) 2. Check, repair or replace the safety gasket
