1、 Preparation work:




1. Prepare raw materials such as raw rubber, oil, and small materials according to product requirements;


2. Check if there is oil in the oil cup of the pneumatic triple component, and fill it up if there is no oil. Check the oil level of each gearbox and start the air compressor after the compressed oil level is not less than 1/3 of the center oil level. The air compressor will automatically stop when it reaches 8mpa and drain the moisture in the pneumatic triple joint;


3. Pull up the handle of the mixing chamber door to open it, press the prepare button, turn on the power, and the power indicator light on the small distribution panel will light up. Turn the upper top bolt knob to the "up" position. After the upper top bolt is raised to the desired position, turn the mixing chamber knob to the "flip" position. The mixing chamber will flip outward and automatically stop. During this process, the mixing chamber flipping sound and light alarm will sound. After carefully checking that there is no excess material or debris in the mixing chamber, turn the mixing chamber knob to the "back" position, and the mixing chamber will flip back and automatically stop. Place the mixing chamber knob in the middle position and set the required alarm temperature according to the different types of mixed rubber.





2、 Operation process:




1. Start the host and wait for the secondary sound. After the ammeter shows the current, fill the mixing chamber with materials according to the process requirements step by step. When mixing materials with high hardness such as windshields and sheet metal in the second stage, it is necessary to first use a rubber cutting machine to cut open the first stage of the material to avoid stopping the machine. After feeding, turn the knob of the top bolt to the "down" position, and the top bolt will descend. During the descent process, the operating current of the machine will increase. If it exceeds the set current, the machine will automatically raise the top bolt, and after the current decreases, it will descend again. Pull the handle of the material compartment door upwards to close it.


2. When the temperature in the mixing chamber reaches the set temperature, the temperature alarm will sound and light. Rotate the upper top bolt knob to the "up" position, and after the upper top bolt is raised to the upper position, rotate the mixing chamber flip knob to the "flip" position. The mixing chamber will flip outward to unload the material, and the sound and light alarm light will sound. Place the small bucket car under the mixing chamber to receive the material. The receiving personnel should use a pre prepared wooden or bamboo piece to discharge the material in the mixing chamber. It is forbidden to manually dig out the material in the mixing chamber. After the discharge is completed, send a signal to the mixer operator, who will follow the work requirements. (If you want to continue working, turn the mixing chamber flip knob to the "back" position, and continue working after the mixing chamber returns and automatically stops. If you stop working, press the main motor stop button, and the main motor will stop working. Then turn the mixing chamber knob to the "back" position and wait for the next work. After the mixing chamber automatically stops, place the knob handle in the middle position.)



3、 Please pay attention to the following points when operating the mixer:




1. Machine operators must undergo safety education, technical training, and be familiar with the operating procedures of this equipment before they can take up their posts;


Before starting the machine, the operator should wear the prescribed personal protective equipment;


Before starting up, it is necessary to check and clean the debris around the machine that hinders the operation of the equipment;


4. Keep the work area around the machine clean and the roads unobstructed, turn on the ventilation equipment (exhaust fan), and maintain air circulation in the workshop;


5. Open the water supply, gas supply, and oil supply valves, and check whether the water pressure gauge, water vapor gauge, and oil pressure gauge are normal;


6. During the start-up test run, if any abnormal sound or other malfunction is detected, the machine should be stopped immediately;


7. Check if the material door, top bolt, and hopper can be opened normally;


Whenever the top bolt is raised, the control knob of the top bolt must be turned to the raised position;


During the kneading process, if there is any jamming phenomenon, use a top material rod or other tools to operate, and it is forbidden to directly use hands to scoop out the material;


When flipping and unloading the hopper, pedestrians are prohibited from approaching around the hopper and elevator;


10. The top bolt must be raised in front of the machine, the hopper must be flipped back to its original position, and the material door must be closed before the power can be cut off;


After the work is completed, turn off all power, water, gas, and oil sources.
