1、 The roller bearing of the open mill is overheated, with a temperature exceeding 100 ℃
Analysis:
1. The working surface temperature of the roller is too low, and the amount of material added is too large, causing excessive load on the roller bearing and damaging the lubricating oil film layer. As a result, the bearing temperature is raised due to excessive frictional heat, which prevents the bearing pressure surface from receiving sufficient lubrication. The feeding should be stopped, and the temperature of the roller working surface should be raised to the required process temperature before reducing the feeding amount;
2. If the pressure of the lubricating oil input bearing is low or the amount of lubricating oil input is insufficient, it may also be due to blockage in the oil pipeline. The lubricating oil supply system should be stopped and checked;
3. If the cooling circulation water flow of the bearing body is not smooth or the cooling water flow rate is small, the cooling water flow rate should be increased or the pipeline should be checked and unblocked;
4. The roller shaft neck or bushing is severely worn, and the sliding surface is rough. It should be stopped for maintenance, the sliding contact surface of the two parts should be polished, or the bushing should be replaced.
2、 The distance between the working faces of the roller in the open mill cannot be reduced
Analysis:
1. The diameter of the working surface of the roller is too small during grinding, causing interference with the meshing of the speed ratio gear. The tooth top height should be corrected;
2. The bearing liner is severely worn and the inner hole diameter is too large. The bearing liner should be replaced.
3、 Inaccurate gap size for adjusting the distance of the roller in the open mill
Analysis:
1. The safety gasket in the distance adjustment device is severely worn or damaged. Check, repair or replace the safety gasket;
2. The adjusting screw or nut is severely worn and should be repaired and replaced with severely worn parts.
4、 The rotating working roller of the open mill suddenly stops rotating
Analysis:
1. The distance between the working faces of the two rollers is too small, and the rollers are severely overloaded. The gap between the rollers should be appropriately increased;
2. The temperature of the working surface of the roller is too low. The raw materials on the roller surface should be removed, and the roller should be further heated to reach the required temperature before feeding and production;
3. If the amount of material added at once is too large, the amount should be appropriately reduced;
4. The lubricating oil in the roller bearing area is insufficient, and the shaft neck and bearing lining are holding the shaft; Remove the bearing body from the press stop, inspect and polish the journal and bushing.
