The internal mixer is a device used for rubber mixing and is essential in rubber product factories. If there is a malfunction during the use of the internal mixer, the manufacturer is usually notified to come and repair it. If there are some minor faults, we can solve them ourselves without having to wait for the internal mixer manufacturer's personnel, thereby reducing time costs.

Can we fix those problems ourselves?
1. The contact surface between the fixed ring and the moving ring of the internal mixer is uneven, which cannot form a sealing oil film
We can dismantle the fixed ring of the mixer for inspection. If the contact surface is not pulled, but the contact rate is low, then running in treatment is required. The running in time should be 4-8 hours or more, and the contact surface should not be cut off during running in

2. There are hard particles between the inner and outer rings of the mixer, which strain the contact surface and prevent the formation of a sealing oil film on the contact surface
If the dynamic coil is pulled, it needs to be repaired by grinding with an oilstone, and a specialized device is required for grinding. The fixed ring is a two half structure that can be disassembled for grinding. After grinding the flat surfaces of the moving and fixed coils, assemble the fixed coils and grind them at low speed for several hours, using lubricating oil during grinding

3. Alloy detachment of the internal mixing motor ring
Simply replace the moving coil, and then run the stationary coil for a few hours to solve the problem
