Before the renovation, the operator of the open mill needed to hold a dividing knife to continuously separate the rubber material, so that the rubber material could be fed onto the flipping roller. The operator must continue this action until all the rubber materials are separated, which is labor-intensive and requires high concentration of attention. The flipping roller on the sheet separation is an essential action, resulting in high manual labor intensity for employees.

If we add another dividing knife at the bottom of the open mill. When needed, employees only need to step on the pedal, and the dividing knife will automatically lift to divide the rubber material. The dividing knife can automatically support the rubber material segmentation. When the rubber material segmentation is completed, the knife will automatically fall, greatly reducing the labor intensity of employees (as shown in the figure below).

Although it is just a small knife, it plays a significant role in production. Avoiding fatigue caused by long-term manual separation of rubber materials, it not only reduces the labor intensity of employees, but also improves the safety factor of safety production.
