The conventional method of drawing strip material is to stretch the strip material through a cooling section (most commonly a water bath), which sometimes causes the strip material to fall or have inconsistent sizes. This is most common in polymers with poor melt strength, such as polypropylene, polyester, and nylon. When the strip falls, the material is scrapped, so operators need to pay close attention. If the strip drawing is inconsistent, downstream pellets need to be sieved.
Plastic Granulator - Function:
Adopting special screw design and different configurations, it is suitable for the regeneration and color mixing granulation of various plastics such as PP, PE, PS, ABS, PA, PVC, PC, POM, EVA, LCP, PET, PMMA, etc. The gearbox adopts a high torque design, achieving noise free and smooth operation. The screw and barrel have undergone special hardening treatment, which has the characteristics of wear resistance, good mixing performance, and high yield. The design of vacuum exhaust or ordinary exhaust port can remove moisture and exhaust gas during the production process, making the material more stable and the rubber particles more solid, ensuring excellent product quality.

Plastic Granulator - Purpose:
Plastic granulators are mainly used for processing waste plastic films (industrial packaging films, agricultural films, greenhouse films, beer bags, handbags, etc.), woven bags, agricultural convenience bags, pots, barrels, beverage bottles, furniture, daily necessities, etc. They are suitable for most common waste plastics and are the most widely used and popular plastic recycling processing machinery in the waste plastic recycling industry.
The shape design of the screw has been changed, and the thread spacing between the screws has been increased to enable the plastic to fully plasticize and melt inside the barrel during heating; By adopting a variable diameter design, the relative service life of the screw has been technically increased; The use of high-strength 38CrMoAlA material has improved the overall performance of the machine.
Barrel
The design of the barrel is made of 45 # steel, which has been finely processed and quenched to have high hardness and certain wear and corrosion resistance. A certain size of slot hole is set at the feeding end for easy feeding.
Heating system
The heating system consists of heating coils, which are distributed outside the barrel and evenly heat and plasticize the materials inside the barrel. It is controlled by instruments on the electrical cabinet to automatically adjust the set temperature.
Cooling fan
In order to achieve stable temperature inside the barrel, a cooling fan has been added at the bottom of the barrel, which automatically cools down when the temperature is too high through temperature control, thereby increasing the stability of the barrel temperature.
Head of the machine
In order to ensure that the extruded plastic does not experience insufficient fluidity due to temperature reduction, which hinders extrusion. A heating coil with a certain power has been specifically added outside the machine head to ensure normal and full discharge. And the discharge hole set on the machine head is a parallel 15 hole type, which increases the discharge volume and production speed. The head structure of the parallel extruder head is connected to the material cylinder through threads, which can save time and effort when replacing the mesh plate.
  
Particle cutting system
After being cooled by the cooling system, the strip material enters the granulator for rolling and cutting into granules, which is convenient for packaging. A rolling feeding wheel is installed on the granulator, which is driven by a motor to automatically transport materials into the machine body, and the rolling blades inside the machine body are used for cutting.
