Surrounding electric heating of internal mixer

The power of a single heating wire can reach 2.1KW. The temperature difference between the two ends of the effect is more than ten degrees, and more often it is several tens of degrees. The main reason is that the heating wire cannot fit tightly or does not come into contact with the inner wall at all, forming a hollow dry burning process. Using this method mainly manifests as deformation of the heating wire after a period of dry burning, difficulty in replacement, and uneven temperature distribution. However, due to the high power and strong structure of the heating wire, it is not easily burned out.





Single head rod electric heating tube for internal mixer
