In fact, it is very rare for a mixer to leak water. The main cause of water leakage is carbon black, because carbon black absorbs moisture from the air. When the mixing temperature is around 100 degrees, a large amount of water vapor will be generated. When the glue is discharged, the accumulated water will be mistakenly thought to be leakage from the mixer. The way to eliminate water vapor is to lift the pressure cap several times during each mixing process to discharge the water vapor, so that there will be no water left.


If the mixing machine leaks water, the first thing to check is whether the production materials contain a large amount of moisture. If not, you should check whether the rubber joint of the car is complete. Then try the rotor, mixing chamber, discharge door, and pressure hammer to observe the location of the water leakage.
